Volunteers Needed

Presenting Sponsor Trailblazer is the top-tier sponsorship level and therefore receives the highestlevel of sponsorship benefits. As such, the corporate identification of presenting Sponsor Trailblazer is the most prominent in the sponsor family.

There are three presenter positions available in the Chip’s not Dead Yet Memorial Mile.

Buzzing and Flashing

Corporate Identification in the following

  1. Corporate logo recognition in a minimum of five-¼ page print ads in print media sponsor. (Ad production is the responsibility of the sponsor.)
  2. Corporate name and logo recognition in up to two weeks in the event’s electronic media campaign. (to be determined)
  3. Primary corporate identification in all planned event promotions including, but not limited to the event website, posters, and entry form brochures.

On-Site

Participants

Logo on all race numbers.

Race Course Signage

Primary placement of up to 1000 feet of signage bordering the two sides of the event (500 feet per side) area from the finish line areas. (Cost of signage is theresponsibility of the sponsor.)

After Party Signage

Up to 500 feet of space is available for signage at West 10th Ave. between Sasamat and Tolmie, the After Party site. (Cost of signage is the responsibility of the sponsor.)

Promotional Booth

Space for up to 10 x10 of promotional booth that can be at West 10th Ave. between Sasamat and Tolmie for the After Party.

Bigwig Benefits

The Blue Hair Hospitality Tent: Up to 20 bigwig invitations to the hospitality tent. Chip Wilson will be on hand to greet the bigwig’s in this private but casual space that will include a bevy of hot and cold snacks and beverages.

Award presenter

The presenting sponsor will have the opportunity to hand out selected awards to the top categories.
